    June 3, 2026 /

This week, I learned that for one day, I could apply to work in regards of the voting, and its only for one day, its a simple process that I’m still unsure whether I will apply for or not, but its only one day so there’s no harm or anything.

    Park

    June 1, 2026 /

During my visit to Herbert Von King Park, what impressed me most was the amphitheater, located right in the center. The structure stands out among the trees and pathways, with its vibrant colors and the figures painted on its walls. It feels like a space created for the community: a place where people can gather, listen to music, watch performances, or simply relax. As I strolled through the park, I observed the diverse array of people of all ages: children playing, adults chatting, people walking their dogs, and others sunbathing on the grass. The atmosphere was peaceful, verdant, and full of life. The amphitheater, amidst all this, seemed like a…

    Weeks 3-5, 8-11

    June 1, 2026 /

Week 3 In ethnography we discussed understanding ethnography and how to think like one. We also went over the ethics of it. Week 4 We discussed the ethics of AI and the use of it in writing for this generation. In Ethnography we started a mapping project where you choose a park by your school and go there and see how people are acting or what is happening. Week 5 We watched a film called People’s Park of a Chinese park. A man with a camera was walking through it filming everyone and everything that was happening. We discussed how it was weird and we wouldn’t want to be filmed…

    Autumn.S ENG Symbol Summary

    May 29, 2026 /

During today’s class I decided to research the limbic system and what it symbolizes inside and out of our bodies. A limbic system is a group of brain structure, but deeper meaning it’s a brain structure that regulates your emotions and behavior, there are components in our brains that contribute to emotional processing and memory and spatial function. These are components we use in our everyday lives, they contribute to a lot of interactions we have with others and also ourselves, we use these components to have social interactions and certain decisions. An amygdala is a component in example used for reaction emotions in and outside of the brain, such…

    Blog 11

    May 29, 2026 /

I took pictures, and then I sat down at the bench seen in the images. I sat down, and it was very hot and sunny. Sitting down was a breath of fresh air since I had walked for a while in such extreme weather. What I noticed from nature was the warm hit from the sun. Birds were chirping, and I saw something on the ground. The ants were pretty big, not live house ants that come out in the summer. Some ants carried parts of a plant they were all going toward a tree. After 10 mins, the sky got dark and grey. The air was full of fresh…

    Day at the park

    May 28, 2026 /

Last Monday during the park trip, my partner and I discussed life’s biggest mysteries and most important topics while strolling through the park. Here’s the collage: Music also popped up a lot in the conversation, and we also heard it all around us while we walked through the park. A lot of R&B standouts were heard such as songs like “When I see you” by Fantasia, “Move your body” by Nina Sky “Candy Rain” by Soul4Real ”You’re the one” by SWV ”Love without a limit” Mary J Blige
