    Autumn.S Autobiography Reflection

    making this autobiography was pretty healing and a new prespective on those who view anxiety a certain way and how it builds from past experiences and how it continues to affect you in current situations. i used anxiety as more of haunting presence that you couldnt recognize but you can feel, in which we dont understand anxiety until we feel it. which brought the idea of psychological horror.

    observations – 1. mother and daughter, 2. bryant park greenery, 3. visions, 4. sonder perosnal thoughts – 1. the importance of parenthood being able to spend personal time and growth with your children, 2. i didnt know bryant park had a field of grass that we cant access physically only visually, 3. how would manhattan look without buildings, 4. everyone is living their own chapter in their own lives with their own thoughts of adversity.

    During today’s class I decided to research the limbic system and what it symbolizes inside and out of our bodies. A limbic system is a group of brain structure, but deeper meaning it’s a brain structure that regulates your emotions and behavior, there are components in our brains that contribute to emotional processing and memory and spatial function. These are components we use in our everyday lives, they contribute to a lot of interactions we have with others and also ourselves, we use these components to have social interactions and certain decisions.     over the spring break i visited the river park which is a couple blocks down from my house and across the street from the bronx zoo, it was a peaceful experience, the river park is known to have that effect, with the small waterfall that leads into the bronx river, it gives a mini rainforest vibe, while i was experiencing, i realized how much the government contributes to other unimportant things then cleaning up our environment, trash around the plants and grass, things that contribute to our bodies and health are contaminated or trashed, other than a peaceful experience, i dived a little bit more deeper into how our environment…
