I feel alone, but not empty,It’s a heavy loneliness, yes,
but it also teaches me who I am
when no one else is watching.
I grew up without asking permission,
and now I walk calmly,
even though it sometimes hurts
to know that I no longer fit in where I once did.

Each step I take, a page I turn,
lessons learned and bridges that burn
