Blog 2- Milans bubble feelings

The readings was On Ethnographic Refusal: Indigeneity, ‘Voice’ and Colonial Citizenship  and “The Cask of Amontillado” by Edgar Allan Poe that stood out to me because im also doing a reading in Anthn101 class of refusal and i didnt know refusal can be cultural and just refusal in a world of knowledge could be an invasive thing and seen in another light of good so that was interesting , and in cask of amontillado was crazy because it was a revenge story and he kills the guy with a brick and at the end he says “ in pace requiescat!” and i was like what does that mean and it meant rest in peace which is crazy for such a death.
