Weekly Blog #5
In class on Monday the 13th we discussed in Professor Angela’s class a horror story about this married lesbian couple who moved in a old haunted house, stuff happened and it opened their eyes on their problems beforehand. The two wives never bicker this much and one of the wives went missing for the whole day and one day the other wife stepped into a reality that showed herself and her wife happily married. I think the house is a metaphor for marriage as a whole and love as a whole. Sticking together while facing the toughest challenges. It is hard but if couples do the work it is possible.…

Weekly Blog #3 for March 23rd and March 25th
In Eng COMP 2, On Monday we read a story on AI and how AI is slowly degrading and colonizing Gen Z and the generations after. Big cooperations use this as a strategy us to make us depend on them. They are using data centers and easy tracking to do this all type of weird stuff. On Wednesday we read two short poems about living in the end of the world. We actually read three the first one was about a black queer girl by Toni Morrison. The name was “The Work You Do, The Person You are”. The poem is about the author working for a wealthy older woman.…

Weekly Blog #2 March 16 and March 18
In ENG COMP 2 we read “The Cask of Amontillado”. It is about these two men, one is deceitful and cunning. The other one is delusional and hung up on wine. I think the characters names are Fortunato and Monstresor. Fortunato learns a very eerie lesson of be aware of your ego and don’t let your ego control you. He was too drunk to realize that not everyone is fond of someone flaunting his wine knowledge. He and Monstresor are wine rivals. Very key to the story. He thinks of himself higher than Monstresor. I don’t know exactly how to explain the free masons part but I’m pretty sure that…

My peom
Tuesday March 11th 2026 The Yearning of a hug Every night I scroll on Tiktok and Instagram reminding myself that I am not lovable or something like that. Every relationship I had failed in some type of way I don’t understand. It is either my insecurities about my partner’s looks or something that is hidden from me . I mean well but it is just the fear of losing someone , maybe it’s my childhood trauma. I am also insecure about my Voice. My inner voice sounds so different from my outer voice. My outer voice sounds a bit strange but I sound fine in my head. Every time I…

what I learned in both of my classes today
Today in Professor Angela’s I learned about communicating in poems and how the peom “Other people’s comfort keeps me up at night” explains it in a very deep and no filter kind of way. The peom speaks to me a lot because I can relate to how Morgan Parker feels about being lonely and self hatred because of it. In enthographics , we learned that the whole educational system and secondary education system is rigged and not working with people of color. It has created a place of uncertainty and uneasy. Nobody is automatically ensure of a job or a career when we get out of schooling. The system is…
