this week in comp we talked about two poems. one of those poems was about the end of the world being a gay club. i found the poem interesting due to how it described the outside of the club with how the kids peeking through there windows and the priests wishing to burn it down. i also found the poem nice to think about due to how it portrays the end of the world. it doesnt show it to be hell but instead a huge party of people expressing themselves with lines talking about how the music was radioactive and them describing theyre machine guns being colorful. we also talked about how ai is ruining gen z. i really do think it is because it feels like it is killing human expression, playing down human skill and being used for mass surveillance. i really hate how it is trying to be normalized within society.
